Eligibility for Government Awards

These awards are only open to Singapore Government agencies and websites.

Eligibility for Industry Awards

These awards are open to digital services that meet the following SIX criteria: 

  1. Domain: Only websites that end with .sg domain (including redirected sites) or intended to serve a Singapore-based audience.

    • Note: gov.sg websites are excluded from these awards as they already qualify under government awards.

  2. Public Access: The website has to be fully accessible to the public

  1. Informational: The website’s primary function should focus on providing information:

    1. The website should contain no more than 20% of transactional pages

    2. E-commerce, Social Media, Service/Event/Job/Gaming portals do not qualify

  1. Minimum Web Traffic: The website has to have a minimum of 3,000 visits/sessions per month.

  1. Language: The website should be in English or have an English language option, as it is the predominant language of business in Singapore.

  1. Safety: No obscene, illegal, or socially harmful websites will be entertained.
