Chak Ming Fai

As Head of Solution Consulting for Asia, Chak is responsible for the Solution Consulting team, advising customers on the adoption of Adobe’s Customer Experience Management and Digital Media solutions across the region. Prior to his current role, he headed the Adobe mobile consulting practice in Asia Pacific and Japan, working with operators to develop content services based on Adobe’s mobile solutions. Having been with Adobe for over 15 years, Chak has held previous roles in presales and consulting in South-East Asia and Greater China, and has extensive knowledge of Adobe’s products and solutions.

Before joining Adobe, he was with Microsoft Singapore, handling business development and content operations for MSN. He has also had technical field sales experience in IBM and running his own Web design startup.
