Joel Ling

Joel is Experience Strategy and Design Practice Lead at IBM iX (ASEAN) with over 10 years of experience across IBM iX, OCBC Bank, and Accenture Song. His practice spans government, financial services, and enterprise design, with a particular focus on design systems and product experience strategy.

He currently leads a design team on government and defence accounts in Singapore and maintains an ongoing interest in how AI tooling is changing design workflows, from research to production — with usability and human-centred design as the constant thread running throughout.
