
Josh Tseng is the Lead Accessibility Consultant for Mousetail Digital and the Creative Director of Blind Mice Media.
Josh has been a leader in Singapore's digital accessibility space, advocating for greater levels of inclusion in digital services for all Singaporeans. As a person with vision impairment himself, Josh has experienced numerous barriers to accessing digital information. His vision is for a Singapore where inclusion is woven into the DNA of our digital infrastructure. To this end, Josh and his team at Mousetail Digital (previously Etch Empathy) offer corporate training and testing/auditing services for accessibility remediation, as a key partner of SG Enable.
At Blind Mice Media, Josh founded the media division of the company to tell high-impact stories. Most recently, the team launched "Singapore's first generation of disability influencers" through the "i'mable To Live!" social media campaign with the i'mable Movement by SG Enable, showcasing the daily lives of persons with disabilities and caregivers through TikTok and Instagram Reels. The campaign has accrued over 20 million impressions and counting to date, challenging perceptions about persons with disabilities in Singapore. Through the new division of his company, Josh and his team hope to spotlight more under-represented issues through the power of digital media and today's social algorithms.
