Joy Ng

Joy is a design and technology leader at the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech). As Programme Lead and UX Lead in the Digital Society Products team, she has led national platforms like GALE, GatherSG, and CrowdTaskSG from 0 to 1—turning bold ideas into meaningful public services.

She also played a key role in shaping GoWhere, and led whole-of-government systems such as MPAppeal, Feedback Management, CaseConnect, and ComLink. Her work includes launching a personal alert button for seniors across 53 rental blocks.

Joy currently co-leads usability and accessibility efforts aligned with Singapore’s Enabling Masterplan 2030. She holds a Global Executive MBA from the University of Washington, a Master’s from NUS, and received the Public Sector Transformation Exemplary Innovator Award.
