He was the Assistant Chief Executive (Development) and Chief Digital Evangelist at IMDA, responsible for all digital transformation and development initiatives including National Info-communications Infrastructure development, Manpower Development, Strategic Planning, development of ICT local enterprises/startups, and accelerating nation-wide digital transformation of industry capabilities.
