Loh Sin Lee

Loh Sin Lee has been a leader in UX for over a decade and is a builder at heart: of products, of teams, and of the conditions that let great design happen at scale. With a graduate degree in human-computer interaction research, her foundational approach is grounded in understanding human behavior, then designing with rigor and scaling with precision. Across her career, she has built for consumers and businesses, and grown ideas from paper prototypes to experiments to billion-dollar businesses

She currently leads the UX research team in APAC, and spends a majority of her time on incubating new ideas with a multidisciplinary team building AI-first products inspired by the region and built to scale globally. She's fascinated by how AI is changing the way we work at speed and scale, without losing sight of the people we build for. She also co-founded the User Experience Professional Association Singapore, whose goal is investing in the region's next generation of UX leaders.
