Nav Pawera

Nav Pawera is the Head of the Design Practice at GovTech. He also leads the GovTech Consulting Design Team. Across both, his focus is meaningful impact at scale: building the conditions for government to deliver digital services that millions of people depend on. At GovTech, the work is to build genuinely great services, and much of his energy goes to figuring out how good design helps get there.

In his view, great government products are not the result of any single team or moment, but of the systems, standards, and culture that make good work the default. That is where he puts his energy, and where he sees design playing its most important role: raising the ambition for what public digital experiences can be, and helping teams meet it. Before GovTech, Nav was Head of Design at Jiva Ag, building products for smallholder farmers across Indonesia and India, and he remains a regular voice in Singapore's design and product community.
