Wendy Wong

Wendy Wong is the co-founder of 55 Minutes, a design studio dedicated to advancing accessibility and inclusive design. With over two decades of experience leading human-centered teams, her practice is anchored in deep user research that uncovers the social, functional, and emotional needs of people. She holds a Master of Arts in Digital Media Management, which, combined with her practical experience, enables her to bridge the gap between technology and human needs effectively. As a design leader, she emphasizes the importance of empathy in design, showcasing how it drives innovation and creates impactful solutions.

Beyond her studio, Wendy actively shapes the design ecosystem as an Exco member of the Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS), where she nurtures strong leadership values in the next generation of young leaders. She also teaches Design Innovation at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), guiding cross-disciplinary students to solve complex challenges through collaborative design frameworks. To recharge, Wendy enjoys restorative nature walks.
