Winston Wong
Diversity & Inclusion Partner, Inclus

Winston is a Diversity and Inclusion Partner at Inclus, where he supports companies on their disability inclusion journeys—advising on inclusive hiring practices, conducting corporate training, and providing support for persons with disabilities (PWDs) looking for employment or internships. As a PWD himself who is hard-of-hearing, he is a passionate advocate and champion for disability inclusion.
A graduate of the National University of Singapore with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Winston has brought his systems thinking to roles across education, government, and the social sector. He previously served as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Officer at both Nanyang Technological University and Temasek Polytechnic, where he championed accessible education, inclusive change management, and student-led volunteerism. His community-building efforts have included founding an award-winning student CCA interest group for disability advocacy, speaking regularly at public events on inclusion, and sharing his story on social media for public education and awareness.
For all his efforts in disability advocacy, Winston was awarded both the Asia Pacific Breweries Foundation Scholarship for Persons with Disabilities and the Outstanding Deaf Student (Tertiary) Award in 2013. In 2021, he was awarded the Goh Chok Tong Enable Award (UBS Promise). He has also supported many ground-up projects on accessibility as an advisor and judge, sharing his lived experiences and valuable feedback to improve the projects.
