Alister Stewart

In the first week of September 2025, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) successfully launched its new corporate website. The enhanced digital platform is designed to better serve the information needs of the public and improve navigability to essential e-services and transactional features.

During the research and design stages, SPF placed strong emphasis on user-centricity, where users were actively involved to provide insights into their needs and challenges, including direct feedback on the existing website’s design and usability. 

Among the participants, Alister Stewart distinguished himself through his valuable input and strong commitment to the project’s goals. His contributions were instrumental in shaping key usability improvements across both content and e-services journeys. As a result of Alister’s contributions, the revamped website achieved a significant improvement in its System Usability Scale (SUS) score, rising from 63 on the old platform to an impressive 82 on the revamped website.
