Lee Chor Joo

Lee Chor Joo has been a dedicated CPF volunteer since December 2023, contributing over 240 hours and assisting more than 950 members. At CPF's Digital Lobby, she provides personalised guidance on various CPF services, helping seniors and others navigate financial planning, retirement, and healthcare coverage. Her patient, empathetic approach has made her a trusted figure, particularly for less tech-savvy members. 

Chor Joo excels in empowering seniors to overcome digital fears. In one instance, she helped an elderly member gain confidence in using digital services, which led to him assisting his wife and encouraging others in his community to embrace technology. 

Beyond direct support, Chor Joo has provided valuable insights to improve CPF’s digital services, contributing to initiatives like user testing for service enhancements. Her consistent efforts have been pivotal in advancing digital inclusion, bridging the digital divide, and ensuring all members can confidently access CPF services, aligning with Singapore’s Smart Nation goals.
